Sorry – the end of the video is messed up, youtube was screwing my uploads for a while and I never noticed this one got effected.

20130219pc0009-EditGuy Stuff – Homemade Vanilla & Cinnamon Ice Cream And Peach Cobbler

Here’s a super easy recipe you can make from scratch or combine with store bought stuff when you need to OR it’s great to adapt for camping, which is where it started for me! The vanilla & cinnamon compliment the sweet peaches in the cobbler perfectly, with a mix of smooth, crisp, sweet, creamy all in one delicious bite 🙂

You’ll need the following:

Heavy Cream
Half & Half
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon Extract
Peaches in juice

Cool recipe, unfortunately the picture goes completely black in the last 2 mins. Than again maybe that was just my video feed.

    • Hence the big bold first sentence above….

      • rynie27

        Haha I prefer to complain

  • MorganGeo

Thanks for all these good recipes. My wife is appreciating the new ‘chef’ that has come out in me. lol. She is looking forward to this cobbler tonight. 🙂

    • MorganGeo

As a follow up to my original post, my ice cream came out good last night. My child couldn’t wait to get home from church this morning to eat some more. 🙂

  • bbarber

This is an awesome recipe for the cobbler. I too have been making this for years. I’ve always used a Dutch oven and a campfire. I learned how to make it as a youngster during my scouting years. It carried over into my older years now when hunting with friends and even for cookouts at home. Maybe you should do a video cooking this cobbler in a Dutch oven while doing a cigar review… just kidding.

    • Freddy62

My uncle and I always use the Dutch oven while on family camping trips. It is a ton of fun, and the cobbler always turns out amazing!

  • cigarhobby85

I made this last night and it came out really well. Thanks for the tips. Keep them coming.

  • neocigaro

I will definitely be making one of these soon.

  • undergroundboxr

Looks great! 1 problem thou, I always seem to watch food videos when i’m hungry…this does not help that fact. I want peach cobbler now 🙁

  • chc9470

What would be a good cigar to go with this desert?

  • macko

very good recipe made it this weekend and the kids loved it thanks

  • BBEJ4321

Think I’m going to get my wife to make this.

  • Bpope31

What can’t you learn from this site. Sounds delicious and ill need to try it out soon. Another good and very quick and easy man recipe is tater tots wrapped in bacon. Actually anything wrapped in bacon. Haha thanks for the video.

  • garlar10

Thanks for the recipe! Made this Sunday afternoon with the family. Always nice to show my in-laws I am not a complete screw up. LOL

    • iseedro

      lol good one

  • kb9311

Bryan, keep these coming man, I love them. I’ve been craving cobbler for a while now, and now I have a good recipe ! We will see if my wife loves it like some of your other recipes.

  • yankeeman

Why do I always watch Guy Stuff videos so late at night?!?! Peach Cobbler looks amazing!!!!

  • david121

i’ll be making this in the next few days. inexpensive so im hoping its good!

  • stevenknisley

I would do it after… to get a little aftertaste off my mouth, personally i’m still no used to the aftertaste but love the smoke.

    • connorkern

I defiantly smoke after, just in case the cigar ruins the pallet.

      • chc9470

        What cigar would you smoke?

        • neocigaro

something creamy and medium body, go to the search bar on top and search creamy, or any flavor you want. It will take you to the reviews on which creamy or any other word is part of the cigar, you can choose from there.

    • Kace

I would say a nice smooth mild smoke of your choice would be great. Before or after I don’t think would matter but, not as the same time.

  • towerladder87

Have you tried the recipe with apples?

  • iseedro

sounds like a receipt for diabetes lol

Yeah, I watched this on your YT channel. I love cobbler. I used to make cobbler as a dessert while I was in Boy Scouts. Made it using a Dutch oven. The best, man.

  • PsycotikMind

I’m pretty sure the pic in the email is actually chili.

  • smokethis

Not a fan of peaches but this looks tasty

  • vscarpine

I like other fruits better than peaches I might try this and just replace the peaches

  • Rob

Damn that looks good. I will be buying the ingredients on the way home from work.

  • MaxDuo

Yum. Reminds me of camping with the Boy Scouts when I was younger. There was an adult that was there (I can’t remember who/what he was to the troop by now) who always made it like this. So good.

Though my favorite campfire meal will always be HOBO BURGERS. Oh man.

Sadly I can’t do my own ice cream like this. I’ve always had roommates and space in the freezer is a battle. I very briefly used one a long time ago, before just having to give it to my parents instead.

  • swj045

this will be one for my first camping trip this year.always looking for something sweet when camping.keep up the great work

  • NMartin

Deliciously simple. Can’t wait to see some more recipes! I’m definitely a sucker for watching recipe videos as well as cigar review videos..You’re trying to ensnare me Bryan!! Lol

  • Kace

I am making this for sure! Homemade ice cream is the best.

    • MorganGeo

I agree. This was the first time I made homemade icecream and it blows all that store bought stuff out of the water. I didn’t know how simple it could be. On a side note, I think bryan should get a royalty from the manufacturers for all these kitchen items I have been buying. lol

  • Griff

Looks great, too bad I’m on a diet. BTW your airtight container looks just like my travel humidor.haha

  • Boucher207

Made this last week for Easter, very simple indeed!!

  • SsgtJerikUSMC

Bryan, I was wondering if you like Fish at all? I’m a big fisherman and really like to eat what I catch. Up until now I have mostly either baked or fried my fish. Do you have any tips or techniques for cooking fish on the grill? I recently got a new grill and the weather is warming up! Maybe a new video on grilled fish?

  • drewmcneice

I still don’t cook lol even if it’s guy stuff haha
