Oliva Vindicator Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 Famous Smoke exclusive cigar features a dark brown, oily smooth firm wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and a rich peppery wood and tobacco aroma.  First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied flavors of a smooth and oily tobacco with a bit of bite to it going back in to the back of my throat. The finish is long and smooth with a pepper zing washing over the tongue. The first third continues the same profile building in strength slightly keeping the smooth rich flavors. 25 minutes in at the 1/2 way point flavors bump up to a medium-full body and produce a deeper substantial earthiness dropping the spice. 40 minutes in the ash drops off in a solid chunk and flavors shift to a creamy nuttiness joining the core of earth and pepper with a long smooth finish. Ending at 1:05 the last third held the same flavor profile just bringing up the strength a good bit making me jittery.

Awesome review, I’ve been looking at these but a bit unsure about them. After watching your review I’ve concluded that these are right up my alley. 60 bucks for a box of robusto’s is pretty awesome as well. So you’ve said a couple time that you’re going to be reviewing some of the humidors from 1stclasshumidors, I’m really looking forward to this since they have the best prices online, except for maybe cbid. Also, did something happen that caused you to reverse things or is it my browser screwing up?

    • lol just switching up the theme a bit! I said I had already reviewed them – which I did! Click reviews at the top to see everything 😉

Oh, those are older. I was hoping they’d sent you a Bally to review or something. Those two that you reviewed do seem very nice though, if but a bit out of my price range. The theme switch up is a bit disorienting, but it’s nice to have things change up a bit. Thanks for the reply.
