But when you ping off a new router like on a college campus it can change your IP and if someone looks at the contest they go o i can vote again? and just do it so they can see the votes. This can happen but face book can happen too where all your friends on campus get a message from you saying vote for me and you usually do it all at one time so yes their are alot of people voting from that internet connection at the same or very close time. Just trying to clear some things up thank you for listing and i hope their is a way to prevent this but im not sure if it is possible....
