Montecristo Media Noche Edmundo Cigar Review

Posted on Friday, July 3, 2009 in Cigar Reviews

This 5×55 maduro wrapped stick offered quite the punch, considering it’s a Montecristo! Flavors were extremely consistant and simple from start to finish offering a deep smooth wood, with a hint of nuts nearer the end. A slight oil was left on the lips, and it had a nice pepper and spice kick on the long finish. The body was medium-full, but never overwhelming. Burn was excellent and also the draw. Great stick! A huge thank you to Tinderbox.com for donating the stick for review as part of their Platinum Sampler!

Hi glenn, been following your blog quite a while..

one questions..sorry if it kinda silly one.. what is the earthy flavor.. how you define that?

    thank you

    It’s Bryan.

Earthy to me is a deep, thick mouth watering taste.

The best way to get a feel for what tastes are termed is to smoke a stick for yourself so you have a reference.
