CAO Brazilia Lambada Toro Cigar Review
Posted on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 in Cigar Reviews
Great draw on the firm side, very good burn. Started medium-full ended medium. Started with a spicy finish that went away by final 3rd. Started chocolate and nutty ended nutty and coffee with oil.

Great review. Too bad you’re not giving any of these away. They look delicious.
nice review, I have had only 1 CAO, but I think next time I got to my local cigar bar and hang out I’ll try one of these.
Smoked a few of these in the last week and have to say they are great.
i had high hopes for this one after this review and some others i read/viewed, but i didnt get nearly the flavors described. maybe i had a dud and will have to try again in the future.
This is probably one of my favorite sticks. Out of all the sizes I prefer the box press. I’m sure if you give them another try you won’t be disappointed. Give it a little time between draws. I know when I smoke them i tend to smoke them to fast and lose some of the flavors.
Thanks for the review! I picked one of these up today and I’m looking forward to comparing your experience to my own.
Has anyone had this in Gol! ? If so was the taste much different?
Not much in difference. The flavors for me were the same. Smoked very well and was very enjoyable. I like the slightly tighter draw and what seemed to me to be a little bit richer in flavor of the box press.
I’ve only had the box press, but most samplers seem to have the gol, so I was curious how the smaller gauge affected flavor. Thanks for the tip.
For me you can’t go wrong with the brazillia. Every size they make is awesome. The box press and gol! are about the same size and do not have many differences. The next ones I really want to try that I haven’t yet are the amazon with its big 60 ring gauge and the samba which is the torpedo.
to me it was a nice stick.
I can’t remember it was something special.
I am going to try a round with the Amazon size. WOW…60 Ring Gauge…this should be fun.
I really feel awkward holding a 60 ring gauge after so many smaller cigars haha. I can’t even imagine that 70 ring gauge Bryan just did that thing was just ridiculous!
I love these!! One of my favorite smokes!! Cute dog in the background!!
i just found this to be an ok smoke, nothing special and a lot of times i had a nasty bitter taste in my mouth between draws.
It was alright for me, I mainly got just a general rich, earthiness. I was expecting more from my first CAO smoke; I’ve seen their ads for years
I’m smoking this one tonight and I’m getting that espresso taste as well as a little spice on the lips. It’s got good flavor and has been a real enjoyable smoke.
A little jealous. I don’t have time to smoke tonight and a Brazilia sounds really good about now.
i like this cigar. good flavors and not so smooth but not harsh smoke either. too bad i couldn’t enjoy it to the very finish. i started getting cracks and the wrapper started to unravel. bummer. im sure it was my stick though. CAO is one of my favorite brands.
I had this in the “gol” robusto size tonight and was very very pleased. I was picking up pretty much the same flavors as you, especially the coffee/espresso but the spice seemed to come and go several times for me. Anyway, I’ll definitely be picking up a few more of these.
